psalms (A bRIEF rEVIEW)

>A book of worship and a hymnbook of the temple. The title in Hebrew (psalms)  means praises
   and in Greek (psalmos) signals the use of instrumental accompaniment. 

>David, called the "sweet psalmist of Israel" has 73 psalms assigned to him.
